Abstract:
The main purpose of the study constructed on the assessment of the root
causes of employee turnover: In case of construction and Business Bank. If
turnover occur in the bank, it loss the key manpower resources to accomplish
organizational activities.
The study population was largely consented on employees who are subject to
turnover from this bank. Data have been collected from such employees, existing
employees, personnel department, and trade union of the bank. The method of
data collection are through questionnaires and interviews by u~ing ~ota sampling.
This study provides relevant data or information bout the root causes of turn over
for this bank. In addition, this study may provide a new insight of reducing

turnover and it is important, at least, to minimize the severity of turnover in this
bank and it may point the way of taking corrective action to the management in
order to accomplish its goals and objective efficiently and effectively.
