Back ground: Globally, cervical cancer death is public health concern. The number of cervical&#13;
cancer cases is rapidly increasing, with many going untreated or lacking access to treatment, it&#13;
reduces significantly survival time. Intervening factors that influence the time to death is an&#13;
important aspect of improving patient outcomes and treatments. Although Jimma medical center&#13;
offers cervical cancer services, there is limited evidence regarding the time to death on the cases&#13;
which makes comparison difficult with other settings. Additionally this study incorporates other&#13;
histologic types and nutritional status as potential predictor which was rarely assessed before
