The main objective of this research was to explore the practice and challenges of Productive Safety Net&#13;
Program and the level of food security in Sekela woreda. For the purposes of this study, three rural&#13;
Kebeles with a high number of PSNP beneficiaries were chosen using purposive sampling. Descriptive&#13;
survey and explanatory research design was used with mixed research approach. Field observation, focus&#13;
group household interviews, and questionnaires were employed as primary data sources while document&#13;
analysis was used as a secondary source

company information, access to effective remedies is among the systemic problems that Minority&#13;
Shareholders commonly facing in company Business. These challenges have unfair&#13;
consequences for Minority Shareholders or the company itself which discouraging small&#13;
Investors.

This thesis critically examines the degree to which the Ethiopian government has implemented its&#13;
obligations towards the protection of internally displaced persons, with a particular focus on the&#13;
East Wollega Zone of Oromia Regional State of Ethiopia. It mainly evaluated the alignment&#13;
between Ethiopian normative commitments and the practical implementation on the ground in light&#13;
of its obligation under international human rights law, the Kampala Convention, and relevant&#13;
regional and national legal frameworks.

The overall objectives of this study will to explore the problems responsible for&#13;
underrepresentation of females in the educational leadership in Buno Bedele Zone .A case&#13;
of Dabo Hana Primary schools. To conduct this study, descriptive survey method will&#13;
employee. The target populations of this study were 464 out of which 69 teachers were&#13;
selected by using simple random sampling techniques using lottery method. The 11 school&#13;
principals and 2 Woreda officials were also involved by using availability sampling&#13;
technique. The data was collected by questionnaire, interview and document reviews. Both&#13;
quantitative and qualitative methods of data analysis were employee in order to reach at&#13;
the findings. Finally, the research came up with the following major findings.
