dc.description.abstract The objective of this research was to examine Prosecution of Enforced Disappearance in Ethiopia. It examined the available avenues for prosecution of Enforced Disappearance under Ethiopia’s criminal justice system. The study employed Doctrinal Legal Research Method. Hence, a critical analysis of primary and secondary sources of data were made. The findings of the study were as follows: To begin with despite, SPO has played significant task in the prosecution of enforced disappearance in the case of Mangestu Haile-mariam et al.; the issue failed to get a meaningful consideration. Next, prosecution of enforced disappearance in the case of FAG v en_US
