Access to effective remedy for victims of human trafficking and its Challenge: the practice of hadiya zone

Abstract

Human trafficking is a pervasive and complex crime with profound implications for victims, communities, and societies. This study aimed to examine whether the rights of victims of human trafficking in person in Hadiya Zone can access effective remedy for the violation of human right or not. It also examines the existing practical gaps and challenges in ensuring access to effective remedy for victims of human trafficking.
