Abstract

The implementation of Federalism and its role or contribution in accommodating diversity and plurality of cultures, religions, languages, traditions and morals as well as views, ideas, identities, etc. As well as social service processes ,and participation in governance power sharing in the study area is widely in question and needs solutions . The main objective of this study was to assess the implementation of federalism and its role in accommodation of diversity particularly Nono Benja woreda of Oromia region
