dc.description.abstract The overall objectives of this study will to explore the problems responsible for underrepresentation of females in the educational leadership in Buno Bedele Zone .A case of Dabo Hana Primary schools. To conduct this study, descriptive survey method will employee. The target populations of this study were 464 out of which 69 teachers were selected by using simple random sampling techniques using lottery method. The 11 school principals and 2 Woreda officials were also involved by using availability sampling technique. The data was collected by questionnaire, interview and document reviews. Both quantitative and qualitative methods of data analysis were employee in order to reach at the findings. Finally, the research came up with the following major findings. en_US
