Abstract:
Protecting Minority Shareholder is an essential part of corporate governance in the modern
world because it ensures accountability, equity, and small investors' faith in companies.
Exclusion from management, oppression by Majority Shareholders, and restricted access to
company information, access to effective remedies is among the systemic problems that Minority
Shareholders commonly facing in company Business. These challenges have unfair
consequences for Minority Shareholders or the company itself which discouraging small
Investors.
