| dc.description.abstract | Femoral shaft fractures account for approximately 2% of pediatric fractures. Flexible intramedullary nailing is a preferred treatment. In most developed country Elastic stable intramedullary fixation for pediatric femur shaft fractures is done under closed reduction with fluoroscopic guidance. In our setup, it is done by open reduction without fluoroscopic guidance. There is limited evidence in our setup | en_US |
