Abstract:
Chronic subdural hematoma (CSDH) is one of the most common intracranial hemorrhages
encountered in neurosurgical practice, particularly among the elderly. Although surgical evacuation is the
standard treatment, postoperative outcomes may be influenced by clinical and perioperative factors. This
study aimed to assess the three-month surgical outcome and associated factors among patients operated
for CSDH at Jimma University Medical Center, Southwest Ethiopia
