| dc.description.abstract | Bipolar I Disorder (BD-I) is a severe mental illness characterized by recurrent manic, depressive, and hypomanic episodes, affecting approximately 1% of the global population. While pharmacological treatments often achieve symptomatic remission, functional recovery consistently lags behind, with studies reporting that up to 60% of patients remain functionally impaired even during euthymic periods. However, limited research has specifically examined BD-I and its associated factors. | en_US |
