dc.description.abstract Childhood cancer is a fatal illness that significantly impairs physical development, particularly in resource-limited settings like Ethiopia. Body growth faltering, comprising stunting, wasting, and underweight is a critical side effect of both malignancy and intensive treatments, yet local data remains scarce. This study addresses this gap by evaluating the prevalence and risk factors at Jimma Medical Center. en_US
