dc.description.abstract Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) are a leading cause of global mortality, with a disproportionately high burden in low- and middle-income countries such as Ethiopia. Unhealthy dietary practices are a major modifiable risk factor driving the NCD epidemic. Although nutritional knowledge and attitudes are key determinants of dietary behavior, their status among rural Ethiopian populations remains largely unexplored en_US
