dc.description.abstract Problems in engineering, computational science, physical and biological sciences are using increasingly sophisticated mathematical techniques. The main objective of this study is to formulate mathematical model of human glucose insulin regulation system under the influence of pancreatic -cell followed by some mathematical manipulation such as stability condition and bifurcation conditions. In order to achieve the stated objective analytic method was employed. The result of the research indicates that the model is analyzed in terms of local stability, backward and Hopf bifurcation. Based on critical points and backward bifurcation, appropriate physiological implication is well spelled out. en_US
