dc.description.abstract	The main purpose of this research paper is to establish sufficient condition for the existence of point of coincidence and common fixed point for a pair of self-maps satisfying some expansive type conditions in a b-metric space. In this research undertaking, we followed analytical design. Secondary sources of data such as journal, internet and books were used for this study. The analysis techniques which we adopted for the successful completion of this study were that of Mohanta (2016). This study was conducted from September 2016 to June 2017.	en_US
