Data were collected by using pre-tested interviewer guided semi structured questionnaire at exit time by trained data collectors and entered by using EPI-Data V 3.5.1 and exported to SPSS V.21 to analyze. Variables associated with pvalue less than 0.05 were reported with 95% CI and AOR as determinant factor for client satisfaction. For facility audit six health facilities were selected purposively among studied facilities.
