Participants were selected by purposive sampling according to their experience and the data were analyzed using the thematic analysis technique. Results: From a total of 65 questionnaries, 61 of them properly completed and returned making 93.84% response rate. Majority 40(65.6%) agreed that the information provided by the system is well formatted. Majority 37(60.7%) of participants agreed that system contributes to efficiency. A substantial proportion 17(27.9%) dis-agreed that technical support was provided for all system queries and requests. A significant association was observed between Dagu2.0 implementation and computer, X2 (1, N = 61) =30.450, P = 0.000, security, X2 (1, N = 61) =8.495, P = 0.004, skill and training, X2 (1,N = 61) = 7.283, P = 0.007, Incentive, X2 (1, N = 61) = 10.123, P = 0.001, and management support, X2 (1, N = 61) = 15.868, P =0.000. Loss of internet, system produced inconsistence in the flow of inventory information, it does not display more than one-year of stock status data, all items and some company names are not included in the system, lack of training and management support to the system are the most common challenges related to Dagu2.0 implementation.
