dc.description.abstract In this thesis, before we were going to study these effects on thermoluminesce peaks, the phenomenon of both luminescence and thermoluminesce as well as the types of luminescence were explained. we study theatrical and computational methods to investigate the the effects of various kinetics parameters on thermoluminescence peaks and electron concentration in traps using Randall and Wilkins model. The equation of first order kinetics which used for plotting the graph was derived. We implies the methodology and materials used to achieve this work. We find that the effect of heating rate, activation energy, frequency factors and electron concentration on both thermoluminescence peaks and electron concentration in traps were already discussed. As heating rate increase the glow peak shift to higher temperature when heating rate increased and the other parameters also stated under this unit (unit four). The conclusion was explained at the end of this unit. en_US
