dc.description.abstract This assessment survey research activity were done is Ginjo primary school that found in Jimma town. The research main Objective were to investigate 1:5 students groups mentor role on group teaching implementation to evaluate its effectiveness and efficiency of last out come To implement the intended research work I was investigate relevant written material with varied source for more aware the importance of students 1:5 group organization in the implementation of class room teaching learning practice what value has to students learning the group mentor leader role in groups learning what look like investigate was concern this research To gather reliable and valid data and information the tool for this research it was questionnaire. The questionnaire item were prepared to student and teacher respondents total number were 60 question item. The respondents were involve and participate voluntary with the school target population it was 60 that means 40 student and 20 teachers were involved to release the desire information and data regarding on student 1:5 group organization in the group leader role in group teaching implementation process what look like research information. To analysis the collected data and information the researcher used random sampling research method and to determine the result of the study I was use statistical calculation percentile. As this research final analysis result students 1:5 group organization teaching implementation practice are working out Ginjo school. However effectively to practice And manage students 1:5 group learning on the size of student groups reprehensive leader and with the mentor side some of students groups representative leader and with whole groups monitor side some gapes as their this /research result is indicated. For instance each students groups representative leader with group members are selected by the groups mentor based on academic performance (cleaver is leaving) where an the groups mentor or leader to management and manage 1:5 groups teaching and learning cancer to this basic function on not used plan and time schedule it can be identities in this process so to close up thus weakness are recommended relevant ideal solution to elements this problem. en_US
