dc.description.abstract Inthisthesis, beforeweweregoingtostudytheseeffectsonthermoluminescencepeaks, the phenomenonofbothluminescenceandthermoluminescencewereexplained. Westudy theoretical methods to investigate the thermoluminescence analysis in the presence of thermally disconnected deep traps using (IMTS) model. The model consists of two active electron traps(AT),two thermally disconnected deep traps(TDDT) , and recom- bination center(RC). The rate equation of (IMTS) model and the command NDsolve used for plotting graph was derived. We implies the materials and methodology used to achieve this work. We find that the effect of activation energy, frequency factor and electron concentration on both thermoluminescence analysis in the presence of ther- mallydisconnecteddeeptraps(TDDT)werealreadydiscussed. Asheatingrateincrease the glow curve shifts to higher temperature and the intensity of TL also increase when heating rate increased, the other parameters also stated under this unit (unit four). The conclusion was explained at the end of this uni en_US
