dc.description.abstract | The evolution of galaxies is a complicated scenario that depends on geometry of the system, environment and content of the system. And thus an active research open to wide range of issues. In this thesis we considered the evolution of ellipsoidal galaxies in terms of moment of inertial matrix. General relativity field equations have been employed assuming the galaxy as a relatively compact form. Moreover, ellipsoidal galaxies with three principal axes were considered. The rotational effect of the system has handled with inertial moment of evolution where the related instabilities have been studied in relation to the ellipticity of the system analytically. Our work indicates that ellipsoidal galaxies evolution is highly correlated to the moment of inertial axes matrices and the ellipticities of the galaxies. | en_US |
