Abstract:
Surgery-related illnesses pose a serious risk to our economy and failure of surgical intervention
provides no alternatives except for culling or the eventual loss of a productive or valuable animal
through death. Therefore, this study aims to conduct various surgical treatments and document
surgical cases. The case study was conducted from September 2023 to April 2024 at Jimma
University College of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine (JUCAVM) an open-air clinic and on
the farms, in Jimma, Ethiopia.
