dc.description.abstract Bovine brucellosis is a severe contagious disease that causes reproductive failure and has zoonotic potential with profound public health importance with widespread occurrence in developing countries like Ethiopia.The disease usually caused by Brucella abortus. Although much work has been done and reports are available in different parts of Ethiopia but there were limited information on the status of bovine brucellosis in the Ilu Ababor zone of the Mettu, Hurumu and Ale districts. en_US
