dc.description.abstract | The field experiment was conducted to determine the effects of fertilizer types and harvesting stages on agronomic performance, forage biomass yield, chemical composition, and in vitro dry matter digestibility of Rhodes grass (Chloris Gayana K) during the 2023 growing season in Mizan, Ethiopia under rain condition. A factorial arrangement with four fertilizer types (control, NPS, farmyard manure, and NPS + manure) and three harvesting stages (60, 90, and 120) with three replications was used. The data collected were morphological characteristics such as plant height, number of tillers per plant | en_US |
