dc.description.abstract Honey is a natural sweetener, rich in bioactive constituents, with complex chemical properties and health benefits. However, these contents can vary with the species of bee and at different value chains. Thus, this study aimed to investigate the bioactive components, antioxidant, and antibacterial activities of honey produced from Apis mellifera and Meliponula beccarii honey along the value chain. en_US
