Abstract:
I would like to acknowledge the efforts, support, guidance, cooperation and encouragement of numerous
people who directly and indirectly participated in the process and finalization of this Thesis. But first and

The data used in this thesis are gathered from cooperative offices in Durame Town. I would like to give
thanks to Kambata Tembaro zone traffic police office, Road and transport Authority and Durame Town
traffic police Department, road and Transport authority, and municipality for their willing to give
available materials. Collaboration in providing me traffic data and for guiding in the field survey. The
