The study specifically investigated how the factors affect the implementation of CLT. Qualitative research design was used for this research. Participants of the study were eight English teachers of the school. The main data gathering tools were questionnaire, interview, and classroom observation. The collected data were categorized and discussed qualitatively. The result of the study revealed that several factors affect the implementation of communicative language teaching.
